Art Therapy Groups for Kids

This series of groups will allow kids to experience yoga, creativity and simple mindfulness techniques over a series of 6 weeks. Space is limited to 6, so that each artist will get the time to explore each modality, ask questions and really experience the benefits of each practice.

Next Sessions begin in Fall 2019.

Parent Support Group

If you are a caregiver who is feeling the strains, in any way, of raising a child with extra needs, this group is for you. Enjoy a time of sharing, encouraging, and building community.

Every other Wednesday, 6:30-8:00pm
8/21, 9/4, 9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, and 11/13.
