If you are a caregiver who is feeling the strains, in any way, of raising a child with extra needs, this FREE group is for you. Enjoy a time of sharing, encouraging, and building community.

October Art Therapy Groups for Kids
This series of groups will allow kids to experience creativity, yoga and simple mindfulness techniques over a series of 4 weeks. Space is limited to 8, so that each artist will get the time to explore each modality, ask questions and really experience the benefits of each practice.

Back to School Wellness
Learn how to get better sleep, reduce stress, increase immunity, and calm jitters by using essential oils. This is a FREE, must do class for Moms, Dads, college students, grandparents, teachers, and caretakers!

This 6-week workshop will give you the skills to help take back control of your house and be a happier, more effective parent. Learn positive communication skills with your child, ways to help them regulate their emotions, how to set clear limits and expectations as well as other proven strategies.

Y12SR - Yoga for 12-Step Recovery
This class combines the practical tools of the 12-step program with the ancient wisdom of Yoga. Combining the two creates a model that truly addresses addiction as the physical, mental & spiritual dis-ease that it is. All A’s welcome.
