Job Description | Licensed Mental Health Counselor

The Well is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring hope and healing to individuals, families and the community through holistic care of the mind, body and spirit. We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to serve in our group practice. The Well offers an affiliation model where therapists practice in a collaborative environment to fulfill the mission and vision of The Well. Providers receive benefits from working in a structured organization while having the flexibility to operate as independent practitioners.

Requirements: 

• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts at the independent practice level (without restrictions)

• Clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families

• Alignment with the mission and vision of The Well
