As a wellness center that cares for your mind, body, and spirit, we believe in the importance of taking good care of your body through exercise, rest, nutrition, and relaxation.

Yoga

Through stretching our bodies and our minds, we can experience greater health, peace, and healing. The Well has partnered with Leeanne DeLory from AWOL Yoga Project to offer a variety of yoga classes for adults, teens, and children hosted in our Wellness Room. Weekly AWOL Yoga Schedule @ The Well:
Relax + Restore Yoga for Adults - Thursdays, 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm
Y12SR - Yoga for 12-step Recovery - the first Saturday of every month, 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Kids Yoga (Ages 6-11) - Sundays, 4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
Teen Yoga (Ages 12-18) - Sundays, 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm

Massage Therapy

Enjoy treatment for your mind, body, and soul when you experience massage at The Well.

        1/2 Hour: $35
