Thais Jardim, MSW, LICSW
Psychotherapist
Thais Jardim’s path to psychotherapy was shaped by her work alongside nonprofits and families experiencing homelessness—experiences that deepened her commitment to compassionate and relational care. She especially enjoys working with families and individuals facing anxiety, depression, major life transitions, and the intersection of mental health and spirituality.
Thais brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with values rooted in faith. Thais creates a supportive space where clients can explore emotional, relational, and life challenges, drawing on both clinical insight and a holistic understanding of personal growth and resilience. She believes in the power of combining therapeutic tools with spiritual truths, offering clients a space for both psychological insight and spiritual reflection.
Thais Jardim holds a Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University and a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. Throughout her career, she has provided social and mental health support across diverse settings, including family shelters, community health centers, and primary care clinics. Currently, Thais divides her time between serving as a mental health therapist at a community mental health clinic and providing therapy at The Well, where she continues her commitment to holistic and compassionate care.
Outside of work, Thais enjoys teaching her two boys and staying active with her family through bike rides and game nights. She is also working toward her long-standing goal of successfully growing her own vegetable garden one day.
