The foundation of our spiritual care practices come from Christian teaching and Biblical concepts, but we welcome people of all faith traditions as practitioners and clients. If you are interested in exploring spirituality, or integrating your faith as part of your care, let our intake coordinator know so that we can match you with a therapist or spiritual director appropriately.

Licensed Clinical therapists are ethically trained and obligated not to give advice. The goal of therapy is never going to be about putting forth as a clinician a fixed outcome in any direction. Whether working with children, teens or adults, a therapists' job is not to change a person or to impose a belief system, rather the goal is to create an environment in which, through skillful listening and clinical practices, healing and change is possible.

Several of our therapists are trained to use EMDR. This is a tool that can be used as part of the larger scope of psychotherapy.
