Rachel Andrade, MS, RD, LDN, IFNCP

Dietitian

Rachel Andrade is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist, and board-certified Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP) who believes nutrition should be practical, evidence-based, and individualized. She partners with clients to better understand the "why" behind their symptoms and helps them build realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term health rather than quick fixes.

Rachel was drawn to nutrition through a desire to help people feel better in their bodies and navigate the often overwhelming world of health information with clarity and confidence. She values creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether someone is managing a chronic health condition, navigating a life transition, or simply looking to improve their overall well-being, Rachel enjoys helping them find strategies that fit their unique lifestyle and goals.

Her clinical interests include women's health across the lifespan, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause, as well as pediatric and family nutrition, digestive health, metabolic health, eating disorders and disordered eating, ADHD, and chronic disease prevention. Rachel integrates current nutrition science with functional nutrition principles to develop personalized care plans while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice.

Rachel earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic training through Framingham State University. She is a Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in Massachusetts, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and a board-certified Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP). She is the founder of Whole Lifecycle Nutrition, where she leads a team dedicated to providing compassionate nutrition care for women, children, and families.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, staying active, exploring local farms and farmers markets, and continuing to learn through professional education. She believes that good nutrition should enhance life, not complicate it, and strives to help clients find a balanced approach that feels both achievable and sustainable.
