Meghan’s clinical perspective is rooted in faith and her belief in the inherent value and dignity of all people. She prioritizes building a safe and trusting relationship with each of her clients, and helps them to make sense of their life stories in ways that bring clarity, confidence and freedom. She integrates attachment and family systems frameworks and is convinced that our bodies are wired for healing.

Meghan is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She received her Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 2009. Throughout her career she has held both clinical and supervisory roles. In addition to her private practice, she has extensive experience training and working in addiction treatment settings.

Meghan has been practicing at The Well since 2022, and she was honored to become the Executive Director in 2025. Being part of this extraordinary group of interdisciplinary practitioners has been transformative in her own life, and she wholeheartedly desires to further The Well’s mission to bring healing and restoration to individuals, families and the community.

Meghan is an Enneagram 6 who likes to read, spend time outdoors with her husband and daughters, and stress about which hard conversation to tackle next.
