Caitlyn Uzzell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist with five years of post-master's clinical experience supporting individuals across a variety of settings. She completed her master’s degree in clinical social work at Boston College with a concentration in mental health. She holds a B.S. from Bridgewater State University in psychology. Her professional background includes trauma-informed care, emergency services, case management, and community-based social work, providing her with a well-rounded understanding of the diverse challenges clients may face.

Caitlyn is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic environment where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. As a neuroaffirming clinician, she embraces neurodiversity and tailors her approach to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and lived experiences. Her practice is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and evidence-based care, helping clients navigate life's challenges while fostering resilience, self-understanding, and meaningful growth. Caitlyn primarily works with adolescents and families with a focus on supporting the family unit. When she is not focused on improving her clinical skills, she enjoys her time making memories with her family and loved ones, creating art, baking, and listening to music.
