Jeff White, MDiv, Spiritual Director
Jeff is originally from the South Shore area, here in Massachusetts and has served as a lead pastor in the Christian and Missionary Alliance for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Hamilton, MA. In addition, he completed training at the Pecos Benedictine School of Spiritual Direction in Pecos NM, and post-graduate classes at Regent College in Vancouver, BC.
If you may be wondering what Spiritual Direction is, the best way to describe it might be to say, “Spiritual direction is the art of ‘Sacred Listening’, a relationship in which a director helps someone to uncover and discover the movement and voice of God in their lives. A spiritual director has been called and trained to companion another person, listening to that person's life story with an ear for the movement of God. God speaks to us in our relationships, our work, our prayer, our challenges and dilemmas--so that is the material for spiritual direction.
Jeff has a passion to walk with people as they seek to develop a deeper relationship with God or even wrestling with questions of faith in a safe and confidential setting
Clients: Jeff provides spiritual direction, pastoral counseling and spiritual formation to clients of all ages and faith backgrounds. His services are not covered by insurance.

Caitlyn is in the process of completing her master's degree in Clinical Social Work at Boston College with a concentration in Mental Health. She holds a BS from Bridgewater State University in Psychology. For her undergraduate degree, she has had experience in settings such as a hospice agency, an elementary school, and a nonprofit organization focused on helping children with special needs and behavioral concerns. Caitlyn also has experience employing the strengths-based approach to help the client focus on the positive attributes within their lives during their treatment. She is interested in continuing her work with children, adolescents, and families. However, she is also interested in expanding her clientele to focus on young adults to bring full circle her understanding of the spectrum of life stages and how she can apply the ethical principles of social work to provide proficient services. When she is not focused on improving her clinical skills, she enjoys her time making memories with her family and loved ones, creating art, baking, and listening to music.
