Hailey Flanagan, MA, LMHC, Psychotherapy
Hailey is a licensed mental health counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families build emotional regulation skills, communication skills, self-understanding, and strengthen their relationships. She integrates several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Art Therapy, Play Therapy, and Family Systems work to support clients through a variety of needs.
With extensive experience supporting young clients through emotional regulation challenges, social skills, school-related stressors, and family dynamics, Hailey uses developmentally appropriate, engaging, and playful interventions. She also works closely with parents and caregivers, offering guidance, collaboration, and support to strengthen communication and promote growth in the home.
Hailey believes therapy should be a collaborative and meaningful process. She strives to create a warm, engaging, and nonjudgmental space where clients and families feel safe to explore their experiences and express themselves authentically.
When she isn’t working with clients, Hailey enjoys staying grounded through movement and creativity. She loves practicing yoga, walking her dog, painting, and roller skating.
