Rachel is a master’s level registered dietitian and board-certified integrative and functional nutritionist specializing in women’s health and family wellness. She is dedicated to helping women and their families achieve optimal health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance.

Rachel’s approach integrates science-based nutrition with an understanding of each individual’s unique body, mind, lifestyle, and cultural background. Her counseling style emphasizes mindful eating and sustainable, realistic strategies to foster a healthy relationship with food.

With extensive experience in female and pediatric health, Rachel values a collaborative, compassionate approach to care. She is passionate about creating an environment where women feel supported in prioritizing their well-being and empowered to make lasting changes for themselves and their families.

Outside of her professional work, Rachel is a proud mom of three who enjoys spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and is currently pursuing certifications in meditation and breathwork to further enhance her holistic approach to wellness.

Jamie Ekstrom, RD, LDN, CLC, Dietitian

Jamie is a compassionate and experienced dietitian who works with individuals across the lifespan—from infants to older adults. She has supported clients in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, in-home visits, and community programs. Her areas of expertise include chronic disease management, gut health, disordered eating, and helping individuals heal their relationship with food.

While Jamie enjoys supporting families through feeding challenges like picky eating, dysphagia, growth concerns, and breastfeeding, her practice extends far beyond pediatrics. She takes a whole-person approach, creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel heard and supported. Jamie works collaboratively with individuals and caregivers to set realistic, personalized nutrition goals.

Jamie previously served as the State Professional Recruitment Coordinator and Diversity Liaison for the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2024, she was honored as the Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year.

When she’s not helping others feel their best, you can find Jamie enjoying a beach walk, relaxing with a favorite show, sharing good snacks, or spending time with loved ones.
