Relax+Restore Yoga for Adults

Slow down your practice and connect deeply with the mind, body, and spirit through restorative yoga. All poses are mat-based and gently supported by yoga props. Through calming breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation you will begin to release tension and move toward center.

All levels of experience are welcome.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat.

Class will be held every week.  Please register each week to secure your spot.
Begins on September 14, 2017.
