Teen Intervene (Spring II)


Teen Intervene is a tested time-efficient, evidence-based program for teenagers (12-19 years old) suspected of experiencing mild to moderate problems associated with alcohol and other drug use. The Teen Intervene program integrates stages of change theory, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy to help teens reduce and ultimately eliminate their chemical use. 

The Goals of Teen Intervene:
-Understand the individual reasons for alcohol or drug involvement
-Learn new skills that promote healthier behaviors
-Increase willingness to change behavior related to alcohol or other drug use
-Take responsibility for self-change

Fridays from 5-6pm
April 28 - June 2
