Mindfulness for Kids (Grades 3-5)

This interactive and fun class will teach our kids Meditation and Mindfulness techniques in order to help them quiet their mind, heal from any anxiety or worries, and live more full and free lives as they grow.  This unique class will utilize activities such as mindfulness and imagery exercises, floor work, and story time.  Through this class our kids will find rest and peace in their mind, body and spirit.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes.
