Saturday Morning Meditation

Join us for a guided meditation session, which allows you to experience mindfulness, relaxation, and stress relief. During meditation, you learn to slow down your racing thoughts, focus on your breathing, become more mindful, and enter a state of peace.  

Classes will be held weekly and begin on September 23rd.
