Meditation is a practice by which a person achieves a greater sense of awareness, wisdom, introspection, and a deeper sense of relaxation. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root word “yug,” which literally means to yoke or unite. When we practice gentle postures, matched with breathing we are better able to still the body and mind to invite emotional and physical healing into our being.
Experience gentle mat based postures and guided meditation that are sequenced to focus on finding balance within our bodies, our minds and our spirits. This harmonizing practice will help shift energy flow creating a deeper connection to whole self (mind, body and spirit) and support the ability to bear witness to the basic meaning of life.
Move forward out of the rut of negative thought patterns and open up to greater connection to self and inner transformation. All levels of practice are welcome.
