$100 per participant ($25/class) - Limit: 8 participants.

The holidays are filled with joy, excitement, and family. It can also include the stress of too many preparations and overly busy schedules. This stress can often leave you feeling empty, and exhausted.  As we shift into the quieter days of January, you can slow down, take a breath, and take time to re-fuel. This is an opportunity to fill yourself back up with creativity, and a deeper mind-body connection. When we are feeling supported and nourished in our lives, we can be more grounded, open, and available to others.  This four week arts based group for women will warm your soul with practical self-care techniques, inspiring art projects, mindfulness and meditation all in one 90 minute class. Take what you learn right into your life and you will begin to feel like “you” again.
